KPI Education is seeking a Graduate Behavioural Mentor in Stoke-on-Trent to support learners aged 11-18 in personalised intervention programmes. The role offers an ASAP start, full-time hours, and a chance to gain experience in teaching, educational psychology, behaviour analysis or child development.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping learners build emotional regulation and engagement with education while forming positive, trusting relationships with each learner.
