Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and digital delivery of civil engineering projects
• Prepare and review survey specifications (utilities and topographical surveys)
• Check and coordinate studies, assessments, and conceptual designs for development schemes (drainage, highways, utilities, earthworks, flood risk)
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance
• Contribute to bids and proposals, attend project meetings, communicate technical solutions

Key requirements

• Civil Engineering degree (BEng) and/or Master’s degree (MEng)
• Relevant consultancy experience delivering highways and drainage design for residential, commercial and infrastructure schemes
• Proficiency in InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with developer clients and contractors with a proven delivery track record
• Familiarity with ArcGIS; interest in integrated AI solutions
• Preferred: progression toward Incorporated or Chartered status with ICE, or membership of CIWEM or CIHT
