Life Practitioner: Care & Community Support Specialist

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for our team at St Marys in Surrey to support adults with severe learning disabilities. You will assist with daily living skills, accompany people on trips to community activities, and promote independence in a caring, respectful environment.

We provide a company vehicle for work-related journeys; a valid UK driving licence held for at least two years is required to drive it.
