Food Service Champion – Fast-Paced Customer Care

Marks & Spencer Food is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our frontline team. You’ll help customers, share product knowledge, and deliver great service at pace during busy shifts.

In this role you’ll use digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find what they need, while staying flexible across store areas and shifts to meet demand. Being a brand ambassador, you’ll represent our values and ensure every customer feels valued when they shop.
