Senior HV Substation Design Engineer (Hybrid)

SP Energy Networks’ MANWEB business seeks a Senior Main Plant Design Engineer to deliver high‑voltage substations across North Wales, Merseyside, Cheshire and North Shropshire. You will lead from feasibility to commissioning, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 132kV/33kV experience, safety by design, and mentoring developing engineers. Hybrid pattern and extensive travel across the SP Manweb licence area are expected.
