Senior Learning Support Assistant – SEND & Interventions

Downsend School in Leatherhead seeks an experienced Higher Level Learning Support Assistant to join our SEND Team. You will provide in-class and small-group support, deliver strategies from EHCPs, and help students access learning in a caring, inclusive environment.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents and external professionals, maintain records in Provision Map and iSAMS, and help students build confidence, organisation, and resilience to thrive during term-time.
