Planned Maintenance Project Officer (12‑Month, Flexible Hours)

The City of Lincoln Council is seeking a Project Officer to join the Investment Team at Hamilton House. You will manage and monitor contracts for planned maintenance across the housing stock, including roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows and related refurbishment works.

You will prepare short-term and 30-year maintenance programmes, monitor on-site works, issue orders, conduct pre/post-inspections and ensure health and safety compliance using proprietary systems and Microsoft Office.
