Field Service Engineer – Diagnostics: Impact & Uptime

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure maximum uptime of Roche’s diagnostic systems across the UK field team. The role covers molecular, tissue and serum work areas, including pre/post analytics, with a mix of on-site and remote diagnostics.

You will support customers, perform preventive maintenance, and generate operational reports to improve efficiency, working within a Central Customer-Centric Field Support Team in the UK.
