MRG is working with a respected Housing Association in the North West to appoint an experienced Interim Housing Manager for an initial six-month assignment.
n
n
Responsibilities –
n
Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of housing management services
n
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service performance across tenancy and neighbourhood services
n
Support the delivery of tenancy sustainment initiatives
n
Oversee the effective management of anti-social behaviour cases, tenancy breaches and complex safeguarding issues
n
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local authority partners, support agencies and community organisations
n
Support the implementation of service improvement initiatives and customer engagement activities
n
Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to housing staff
n
Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
n
n
Person Specification –
n
Significant experience within social housing, housing management and neighbourhood services.
n
Proven track record of leading operational housing services and managing frontline teams.
n
Strong knowledge of tenancy management, ASB, safeguarding and customer-focused service delivery.
n
Experience of working collaboratively with local authorities and external partners.
n
Ability to manage complex cases and make sound operational decisions.
n
Experience of driving performance improvement and managing KPIs.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
