We are a long‑established construction consultancy seeking an Architect with experience in social housing projects. The role centres on mitigating CDM risks during the design stages, acting as Principal Designer.

You will collaborate with other architects and CDM consultants to manage CDM risks within our long‑standing social housing framework. Our firm has fostered strong client relationships and maintains a vibrant office environment. The position offers hybrid work from the office twice a week.

Responsibilities

• Act as Principal Designer to ensure CDM risks are mitigated during design.
• Collaborate with architects, CDM consultants and clients on social housing projects.
• Contribute to long‑term client relationship management and maintain our office culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience.
• Prior work on social housing projects.
• Advantageous: NEBOSH Construction qualification or membership with APS / IOSH.
