Overview
In this role you will provide technical leadership for LSEG’s AWS-based AI platform, shaping its architecture to be secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade. You will own architectural direction and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to accelerate AI adoption. The role requires deep AWS expertise and governance capabilities to guide high-quality cloud platform solutions. You will mentor engineering teams and drive reliable, efficient cloud services across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and build advanced AWS cloud platform services and capabilities
- Lead architectural decisions across provisioning, automation, CI/CD, networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, governance, and cost management
- Ensure effective implementation of AWS Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and specialists to improve cloud platform efficiency and reliability
- Mentor and guide cloud engineering teams and communities of practice
Key requirements
- Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud and hybrid AWS platform solutions
- Deep expertise with AWS native services and AWS Cloud Adoption Framework
- Proven experience building AWS Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones
- Strong CI/CD engineering background
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, GitLab)
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
