Overview
As a Strategic People Partner, you will translate the organisation’s strategic vision into a high-impact People Strategy, partnering with the Executive Committee and senior leaders. You will coach, influence, and challenge leaders to embed new ways of working while shaping the long-term people plan. The role combines organisational design, development, and culture change to enable growth, with a UK-wide lead on key people topics. Expect high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and real business impact in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into a high-impact People Strategy and business-aligned plans
- Coach, influence and challenge senior leaders to adopt new ways of working
- Build and deliver strategic people plans and lead organisational design initiatives
- Champion organisational development and culture change
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to source specialist expertise
- Strengthen leadership capability and identify talent solutions for skills gaps
- Act as the UK lead for key people topics, ensuring progress and engagement across the organisation
Key requirements
- Extensive HR expertise and experience as a trusted advisor at senior level
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, influencing, and coaching skills
- Confidence challenging senior stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
- Strategic thinking with ability to navigate ambiguity and align across functions
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial performance for people solutions
- Advanced analytical skills to interrogate multiple data sources and diagnose gaps
