Plumbing & Heating Engineer

You’ll work alongside experienced, qualified heat pump installers to help deliver high-quality installations safely and efficiently.,

• Work as part of a team to install heat pumps, cylinders and radiators
• Install and connect heating systems, radiators, cylinders and pipework
• Follow schematic diagrams and installation plans
• Work alongside experienced heat pump installers
• Complete installations safely and to a high standard
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety procedures
• Work closely with designers and other members of the installation team
• Attend training and develop your knowledge of heat pump technology
• Provide a professional service to customers in their homesNVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent
• Experience installing radiators, cylinders and pipework
• Good practical plumbing and heating experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to learn and develop within the renewable energy sector
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in customers’ homes, The following would be beneficial but are not essential:
• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent
• WRAS / Water Regulations qualification
• Unvented Hot Water Systems (Part G)
• Gas qualifications
• Previous heat pump or renewable energy experience

Previous heat pump experience is not required. Full Air Source Heat Pump training will be provided., You must have the right to live and work in the UK. If you’re an experienced plumber or heating engineer looking to move into the renewable energy sector, we’d love to hear from you.
