Channel Operations Coordinator


£17.81 – £26.27 per hour


We’re currently recruiting for a Operations Coordinator role to support the sales team of a multinational cybersecurity provider. You would be responsible for supporting the execution of partner program communications, enablement activities, promotions, reporting, and operational processes. Working closely with Account Managers, distributors, and partners across the EMEA region this is an junior-level position offering an excellent opportunity to develop a career in channel sales, partner management, and cybersecurity.


The role is being offered on a 6-month contract basis, with the possibility of a longer term opportunity. It will require 3 days per week onsite in Reading, plus 2 days working remotely. We can pay a rate of £17.81 per hour PAYE or £26.27 per hour Umbrella inside IR35.


Essential Responsibilities



  • Serve as a primary point of coordination for communications with partners across EMEA.

  • Distribute, promotions, training announcements, certification requirements, and operational communications.

  • Track partner responses and ensure follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.

  • Monitor partner compliance with programme requirements, certifications, and accreditations.

  • Assist CAMs with business planning, reporting, and account administration activities.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and partner business reviews.

  • Coordinate partner training sessions, webinars, workshops, and enablement activities.

  • Support the organisation and execution of partner events, partner connects, and virtual campaigns.


Experience Requirements



  • Professional experience in sales support, channel operations, administration, customer service, marketing, or a related business function.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred

  • Previous internship or work experience within a technology, cybersecurity, software, or channel sales environment.

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering a positive partner experience.

  • Experience working with SFDC, partner portals, or business reporting tools is desirable.

  • Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.

  • Familiarity with indirect sales models, distributors, VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, or channel partner programs.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or cloud technologies is beneficial but not required.


Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance
