We’re recruiting formultipleService Technicians to join a well-established engineering business that supplies and services specialist test and measurement equipment across a range of industries.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Technician or someone with a hands-on engineering or electronics background looking to develop their career as a Service Technician within a supportive and growing company.
The Role
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Servicing, calibrating and repairing specialist test and measurement equipment.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs.
- Assessing incoming equipment and preparing service quotations.
- Managing stock of spare parts and consumables.
- Maintaining a clean, organised workshop.
- Supporting the wider engineering team with additional technical tasks.
What We’re Looking For in a Service Technician
- Previous experience as a Service Technician, Repair Technician, Electronics Technician or similar.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Sage or ERP systems would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
