Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Desktop Supervisor to lead desktop control of reactive maintenance for social housing contracts. You will coordinate planners, operatives and client teams, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-effective delivery while challenging poor diagnoses and coding.
You will review SOR coding, drive performance improvements, and provide technical support to field teams, with emphasis on evidence-based closure and commercial control.
