Community Hub Resource Support Officer for Reablement

Liverpool City Council is seeking a Resource Support Officer to join Townsend Intermediate Care Hub, a 35-bed reablement unit in the North-central area of Liverpool. The role focuses on processing referrals and other daily operational tasks to support admissions and discharge back to the community.

You will act as the main point of contact, manage basic inquiries, and assist with recording and processing invoices and payments as part of a busy community hub team.
