Responsibilities
- Drive requirement gathering for digital products aligned with business objectives and user needs
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers across the delivery lifecycle
- Analyze current processes to identify improvement or automation opportunities
- Support solution design balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
- Develop production system user requirements to ensure usability and good UX
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, functional specs, and process flows
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and build stakeholder consensus
- Monitor KPIs to measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and potential applications to enhance operations
Key requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital/tech projects
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, and process flows
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in facilitating discussions and asking targeted questions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
