You will undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and review person-centred care plans, and demonstrate excellent clinical decision-making and risk assessment skills. The ability to work autonomously, whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team, is essential. As the role covers a wide geographical area across North Aberdeenshire, excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and effective time management are key requirements.

About You You will:

  • Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
  • Ideally have a minimum of two years’ post-registration experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, assessment, and clinical skills.
  • Have experience of working with individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health conditions.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes. Please note – If this post operates within Aberdeen City Low Emission Zone, you will be responsible for all costs associated with entering.
