Trade Operations Specialist – HFT

Responsibilities

• Daily trade affirmation, position reconciliations, corporate actions, settlement, and internal NAV production
• Lead system enhancements and projects to optimise operational workflows
• Liaise with internal departments and external brokers/counterparties
• Perform daily reconciliations with fund administrators, prime brokers, and executing Brokers
• Calculate and report NAV, P&L, and margin
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders

Key requirements

• At least 3 years of trading operations experience from buy- or sell-side
• Product coverage with a wide range of products including stocks and derivatives
• Knowledge of Equities (Cash/Swap), FX/NDF, Futures/Options, ETFs
• VBA, Python or SQL
• Experience with Options/Futures expiry and DR conversion workflows
• Daily reconciliations with fund administrators, PBs and executing brokers
• NAV, P&L and margin calculations and reporting
• Experience being point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
