  • Shape the product proposition and roadmap, not only execution
  • Identify and resolve friction points in how customers pay, track and manage spending
  • Design for a global product with local market nuances

  • Design experiences that scale globally while respecting local regulatory and operational differences
  • Balance customer experience with risk, compliance, and operational constraints
  • Be a foundational designer in a new product area
  • Lead zero-to-one work with autonomy on high-impact problems
  • Shape end-to-end Credit experience with a cross-functional team

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to shape problem spaces
  • Ability to simplify complexity and design intuitive experiences in constrained environments
  • Systems thinking and journey-oriented design
  • Experience designing for global products across markets and simplifying regulatory differences
  • Use of data and research to inform decisions
  • Clear communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • Commitment to trustworthy, customer-focused product design
  • Clear communication
  • Collaborative cross-functional work
  • Ability to challenge assumptions when needed
  • End-to-end product design
