Resort People Partner ER, Engagement and Leadership Coach

Butlin’s Minehead is seeking a People Partner to act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, champion the company culture, and guide leaders through daily people operations. You will work with the wider People Team across Recruitment, L&D, Internal Comms and Payroll & Reward to plan proactive people activity and manage resort-based casework, with on-site presence throughout the week.
