Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full and ready for customers. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring focus, speed and accuracy during busy shifts such as Thursday to Saturday afternoons.
You will work across the wider store, use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, and collaborate with colleagues across functions to maintain availability and flow.
