Lucy & Yak in Brighton is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead supplier onboarding, manage partnerships and ensure ethical, sustainable materials across product ranges. You’ll collaborate with Product, Technical and Supply Chain teams to optimise sourcing, drive supplier compliance and reduce waste.

The role emphasises data-driven decision making, strong negotiation and a passion for responsible fashion. The office is in central Brighton, with a four-day week and a focus on people and planet.
