Branch Customer Experience Specialist

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor based at Northampton Branch, part-time (24.5 hours per week) on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll be a friendly face and voice, listening and solving problems across branch, phone and technology support.

You’ll work in a multi-skilled team, with opportunities to learn about services, build customer relationships, and identify ways to improve the experience. Right to work in the UK required.
