Spinnaker Ward at St Mary’s Hospital, Portsmouth is recruiting Healthcare Support Workers to join the inpatient team. You will support patients and registered nurses to deliver safe, compassionate care, assist with daily living, and promote independence within a 24-hour rotating shift pattern.
Full training and supervision are provided. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential to working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
