Outpatient Receptionist – Patient Care & Clinic Coordination

James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Outpatient Receptionist (NHS AfC Band 2) to join the Medicine Outpatients team on a 12-month maternity cover.

The role is 19 hours per week, primarily Wednesdays to Fridays, with flexibility for annual leave coverage. You will deliver a full reception service for outpatient clinics, manage patient information in the PAS system, and support clinical staff to ensure smooth patient care.
