Housing Support Team Leader — Lead a Community Housing Service

Waythrough and The Bridge Project are launching a new housing support service in Bradford. The Housing Support Team Leader will guide a team delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support across the district, ensuring outcomes, contracts and quality of care for clients with complex needs.

You will help establish a positive service culture, collaborate with partners, manage performance and resources, and build strong relationships with clients, staff and agencies while promoting independence
