Overview
In this role you will perform B1 licensed line maintenance on Ryanair’s 737 fleet, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance in a fast-paced setting. You will work with a shift-based team at Leeds Bradford, supporting AOG recovery and mentoring junior technicians. The role emphasizes hands-on technical execution and strong regulatory adherence. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within a leading European airline maintenance ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Routine servicing and defect rectification on 737-800 and 737-8200 fleets
- Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery
- Supervision and mentoring of Aircraft Mechanics and Trainees
- Ensuring maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
- Aircraft Line Maintenance experience
- UK CAA Part-66 B1 Licence with Boeing 737-NG Type Endorsement & Recency
- EASA Part-66 B1 Licence with Boeing 737-NG Type Endorsement & Recency (Desirable)
- Boeing 737-Max Type Endorsement (Desirable)
- Airbus A320 (CFM56 & IAE V2500) Type Endorsement (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good IT Literacy, AMOS Experience (Desirable)
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK and Full UK Driving Licence
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work without direct supervision
