Overview
In this role you will shape our customer journey strategy and optimise Salesforce-driven CRM to support marketing and sales excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions across channels and deliver outstanding experiences. You will act as the Salesforce expert, promote best practices, and ensure GDPR compliance and data governance. Your work will enable data-driven decision making and stronger engagement, retention, and loyalty. This position combines strategic impact with hands-on CRM optimisation in a collaborative, development-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Champion a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints and stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and cross-functional teams to improve customer interactions across channels.
- Design and deliver exceptional customer experiences through marketing activities.
- Act as the Salesforce expert and promote system adoption and best practices.
- Optimise the CRM system (Salesforce) to align with marketing and sales requirements.
- Provide hands-on support to internal teams for efficient CRM usage.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold data governance standards.
Key requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer journey marketing and/or CRM
- Proven expertise in Salesforce (essential)
- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies
- Experience in project management and campaign execution
- UK-based and available to work from Thriplow office at least three days per week
