Assistant Facilities Manager — Drive Operational Excellence

Oyster is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of standout properties. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, Property Manager and senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and improve service delivery.

Regular site visits, proactive identification of maintenance issues, and contribution to long-term maintenance planning are key parts of the role.
