Overview
In this role you support the People Systems Manager in the operational management of HR systems, ensuring smooth user support, testing, and improvements. You contribute to system upgrades, data quality initiatives, and data preparation for future ERP migration, while fostering strong relationships across the University. You will handle system administration, data audits, and user access reviews, delivering a reliable, customer-focused service. This position offers collaboration across departments and opportunities to shape HR systems and data processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide user support for HR systems (including ICIS) and resolve queries promptly
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and new functionality
- Assist with system improvements and onboarding of new capabilities
- Coordinate auditing and cleansing of HR data to improve quality
- Conduct user access reviews and support annual HR processes (pay reviews, increments)
- Support data preparation for ERP migration and maintain process guidance
- Liaise with ICT and People Function colleagues to ensure reliable service
- Monitor system updates and promote data quality across departments
Key requirements
