An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Irish construction company delivering major residential projects in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with strong experience in high-density residential construction, looking to take on a key role within a growing and reputable contractor.

The Role:

- n
- Manage projects from commencement through to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards
- Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors
- Liaise closely with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day project operations
- Monitor progress, reporting and project milestones
- Drive strong commercial and operational performance

The Ideal Candidate:
n
- n
- Strong Project Management experience within construction
- Proven track record delivering major residential projects
- Strong commercial awareness and cost-control experience
- Excellent understanding of construction planning and contractual requirements
- Proven experience managing project teams and subcontractors
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with relevant project management software
