Precision Machine Operator – Exact-Cut Manufacturing (Mon-Fri)

Impact Recruitment are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Kettering to recruit a Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on production role operating specialist machinery to accurately cut materials to the required specifications within a busy workshop environment. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Salary: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime: Paid at 1.5x. 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
