Responsibilities
- Assist in development of procurement programme
- Create short term programmes using MS Project
- Assist with design coordination with Design Managers
- Manage sub-contractor selection
- Oversee site personnel, activities and resources
- Monitor budget and schedule for on-time delivery
- Ensure health, safety and welfare compliance on site
- Identify site hazards and implement risk controls
- Oversee performance reviews and development needs of reporting staff
- Support recruitment, discipline and grievance procedures
Key requirements
