Bury Council, Urgent Community Response Team, is recruiting a Support Worker to deliver short-term, community-based support to vulnerable adults in crisis. This full-time role is 35 hours per week with shift patterns across mornings and evenings.
You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and use of aids, working in a small team to empower clients to regain independence and reach personal goals.
