IT Procurement Manager

Overview

As IT Procurement Manager, you will lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for large technology spend, with a focus on Software and SaaS. You will shape category strategies, negotiate with major tech suppliers, and partner with senior technology and business stakeholders. This role supports major transformation programmes, driving savings and supplier performance in a high-change environment. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives
• Manage complex technology spend with focus on Software and SaaS
• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies
• Lead commercial negotiations with major technology suppliers
• Partner with senior Technology and business stakeholders
• Support major transformation programmes while driving savings, value and supplier performance

Key requirements

• Strong IT / Technology Procurement experience
• Good exposure to Software Procurement; broader SaaS, IT Services, Cloud or Infrastructure beneficial
• Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation and category management capability
• Experience in Financial Services beneficial but not essential
• Confidence operating within a large, complex stakeholder environment
