Facilities & Site Supervisor – Maintenance & Security

Educators in Wales is seeking a Site & Premises Superintendent for a busy school and community leisure centre in Pontarddulais. This full-time post is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks, on a rotational day/evenings pattern, graded SCP 11–17 with a salary of £29,071 to £32,046 per year.

The role involves maintenance and security of the premises and requiring an Enhanced DBS. You will work with a colleague Superintendent to cover both facilities and support safe, well-run operations within Swansea
