Income & Tenancy Support Officer

Trent and Dove Housing is seeking an Income Officer to manage patch-based accounts up to eviction, guiding the arrears recovery process with emphasis on tenancy sustainment and supportive action. You will work with County Court representations when required and ensure accurate debt recovery while upholding excellent customer service.

The role requires up-to-date welfare reform knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle complex situations with vulnerable customers.
