HR & Training Advisor — People, Performance & Growth

Refresco is seeking an HR & Training Advisor to join our Milton Keynes site team. You will provide proactive HR support across the site, coaching managers on employee relations, performance, conduct, and absence while upholding company policies to ensure fair practice.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, drive performance and attendance processes, coordinate learning and development initiatives, and support compliance and governance.
