UK HSE Director | Strategic Safety Leader (Midlands)

ERSG Ltd is seeking a senior HSE leader to develop and drive the UK HSE strategy across multiple projects, sites and regions. You will translate objectives into clear priorities, standards and improvement plans while providing strategic guidance to the executive team.

You will oversee HSE management systems, audits and reporting, and lead HSE managers and teams to promote accountability and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of UK legislation and incident investigations is essential.
