Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Major Fit-Out & Refurb

O’Neill & Brennan are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on major fit-out and refurbishment projects in the City of London. This contract role offers a daily rate of £300–£325 outside IR35.

You’ll work on £20m–£40m projects, manage subcontract packages from procurement to final account, and collaborate with the project team to ensure successful delivery. 3–4 years’ experience in fit-out/refurbishment is preferred.
