Persimmon Homes East Midlands seeks a Technical Assistant to join the team in January 2027, providing admin support with initiative. Based in the East Midlands, you will handle document distribution and assist engineers and architects with admin tasks, including drafting and planning duties.
You will produce conveyance plans with AutoCAD (training available) and carry out secretarial duties using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. A proactive, well-organised candidate is essential.
