Overview

In this Senior Product Manager role, you will shape a data-driven product strategy for athlete performance tools used by sports scientists and coaches. You’ll connect the athlete monitoring suite to Hudl’s video and match analysis assets, guiding an investment to deliver products teams rely on daily. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to align with broader company goals and drive measurable impact. Responsibilities

  • Define and drive a coherent product strategy and vision linked to company goals
  • Lead a key investment to build customer-loved products
  • Develop deep understanding of customers and business needs and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Synthesize athlete data with Hudl’s video assets to tell contextual stories for practitioners
  • Set success metrics, lead cross-functional execution, and translate vision into reality
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to craft go-to-market plans
  • Promote collaboration and autonomy within the team while balancing cost, timeline, and benefits
  • Represent the roadmap to senior leaders and secure buy-in

Key requirements

  • PM experience: 4+ years in agile software development environments
  • Autonomous work style with proven delivery of customer-facing software
  • Dependable and able to own decisions post-hoc
  • Grit and resilience in the face of setbacks
  • Self-starter with ability to balance discovery, strategy, and hands-on work
