SEN Graduate Learning Support Coach

Step Into Teaching is recruiting a SEN Graduate Academic Coach in Boston, Lincolnshire, for September 2026 to July 2027. The role is full-time, term-time only, delivering classroom support and 1:1 and small-group interventions to pupils with diverse needs to help them thrive.

Ideal for graduates aiming to gain classroom experience before teacher training; you’ll work with pupils from various backgrounds, including EAL and SEMH, under supportive supervision.
