Ive got a lovely Clinical Lead opportunity in Magherafelt that could be a great next step for an experienced nurse whos ready for a bit more responsibility.

Its a nice mix of hands-on nursing and clinical leadership, so youre not stepping away from nursing completely.

A bit about the role:

• £24.50 per hour
• 37 hours per week
• Mix of nursing and clinical lead duties
• Support the Nurse Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
• Help support and guide the nursing and care team
• Care plans, audits and clinical reviews
• Support with clinical governance and RQIA
• Training and development opportunities
• Permanent, full-time position
• Uniform and free parking

What theyre looking for:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Care home/clinical experience
• Previous senior experience would be great, but not essential
• Someone confident, approachable and happy taking on a bit more responsibility
