Director of Digital Transformation & ICT (Hybrid)

Oxford Archaeology Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Director of ICT & Digital Transformation to lead the next phase of our digital journey.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and sitting on the Senior Management Team, you will shape our ICT, data and technology strategy and drive transformational change. You will oversee IT operations, ERP implementation, modernise infrastructure, security and governance, and build digital capability across a national organisation of 500+ colleagues.
