Lincoln Motor Company is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team’s transformation from Dunton (Essex) or Dagenham. You will work with HR Business Partners, IT and stakeholders to simplify processes, improve employee experience and help launch new programmes.
You will map HR processes, support projects, research digital solutions, build dashboards and assist change communications. This role is four days on-site each week with flexible attendance to meet business needs.
