You’ll manage residential new builds, refurbishments, and commercial conversions, ensuring work is delivered on time and to budget. You’ll lead site teams, maintain UK building regulations compliance, and foster cross-site coordination with a focus on quality and efficiency. A strong track record with a reputable main contractor and multi-project oversight is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
• Manage and optimise full site teams to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations across projects
• Coordinate across sites in Home Counties and London
• Oversee new build residential, refurbishments, and conversions of commercial properties
• Familiarity with Traditional Build and RC Frame apartments

Key requirements

• Proven track record with a reputable main contractor
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Experience with new build residential, residential refurbishments, and commercial refurb conversions
• Familiarity with Traditional Build and RC Frame apartments
• Strong UK building regulations knowledge
• Excellent on-site management skills
