Housing Repairs Coordinator

Axis CLC, a trusted property services specialist, is seeking an organised Administrator to join the Repairs & Maintenance team in support of our Dartford contract. You will coordinate reactive, planned and disrepair works, handle calls, raise repair orders and maintain records to support informed residents and efficient invoicing.

The role requires housing-related admin experience, strong IT/system skills, and the ability to meet KPIs.
